ReconInsight is excited to announce the 2.1 release of their flagship Business Intelligence product, RI360. With this release, RI360 users can more easily create complex filters against both Key Performance Indicators and the associated underlying transaction data. Using a simple but powerful filter dialog, a user can form the necessary english statements to return the exact data they need. Further, filters can be saved permanently, which allows for extremely fast querying times when the filter is used again. Finally, filters can be shared with co-workers, and then further enhanced to satisfy their varied needs.

ReconInsight's RI360 software has been integrated with the CommSoft iCommVergence billing software. This integrated RI360 - iCommVergence solution is branded CommBI. Hawaiian Telcom has purchased an RI360 license for revenue assurance and reporting activities. The ReconInsight solutions team will implmement multiple RI360 collectors and comparisons to ensure data system continuity.

Shentel Communications (SHEN) has implemented the next generation RI360 application into their production environment. Forty Shentel employees were trained on-site and are now realizing the product's new business intelligence capabilities. Shentel runs more than sixty Collectors coming from eight data sources.

Capping a 18 month R&D project, ReconInsight LTD has released Version 2.0 of their business intelligence and revenue assurance application, RI360. The new version places an entirely new user interface upon the existing solid automated data store.

SureWest Communications (SURW) has purchased a Version 1.0 production license of RI360 for revenue assurance activities. ReconInsight solutions personnel will also provide customization and support.
[01.SEP.2008]ReconInsight implements Sprint PCS affiliate data feeds.
The RI360 business intelligence tool has been configured to consume and interpret the data feeds sent from Sprint PCS to Shentel, an affiliate wireless carrier. This information includes customer records, product churn, and revenue.

A publicly-traded telecommunications company in California has agreed to a revenue assurance pilot project using the comparative analysis features of the RI360 business intelligence product.

Following 18 months of R&D and then 6 months of beta deployments, ReconInsight has released Version 1.0 of their RI360 Product. The production-hardened version features an automated data store, trending, data exploration, user management, and comparative analysis.

Shenandoah Telecommunications (Shentel) has purchased the RI360 business intelligence and revenue assurance product. The product has been fitted to meet the company's requirements and is now deployed to a production environement.
